We investigate and test
AI helps us prepare a fix. We check that it downloads and plays, and that other downloads still work.

Slurp installs site fixes automatically. Choose to hear when yours is ready, then try again.
Slurp doesn’t track your downloads. You choose whether to report a problem, what details to share, and how to hear back.
Keep the parts you want.
A full video, just the audio, or a live moment. Save what matters in the format that works for you.
From a link to your Mac
Copy a link from a supported site. Slurp finds the available video and audio, ready for you to save.
Your quality. Your format.
Keep the detail in 4K or 8K, save audio for listening, or include available subtitles. You choose before downloading.
Queue it. Get on with your day.
Line up several downloads and put the next one first. Follow their progress, then find your finished files in History.
Send it from your browser
Use the Safari, Chrome, Edge or Firefox companion on supported pages that need your browser session. For many links, pasting is all you need.
Keep your Telegram media
Connect your Telegram account, then paste a t.me link to save media you can already view. Your own account stays in control.
Keep a live moment
Record a supported Twitch live stream while it’s happening. Choose the quality, pause or resume, then Stop & Save when you’re done.

Before you Slurp.
A few useful answers before you try or buy.
Will Slurp work on my Mac?
Slurp 1.0.17 runs on Apple silicon Macs (M1 or later) with macOS 14 or later. Intel Macs are not supported.
Which sites can I download or record from?
Slurp works across thousands of sites, including major video platforms, social networks, live-streaming services, news and media pages, education sites and embedded players. Save video and audio, keep available subtitles when the source offers them, and record supported live streams.
The free 7-day trial includes every feature, so you can try the links you use.
Can I try it before I buy?
Yes. Every feature is included in the free 7-day trial, with no card required. Your trial starts after your first successful download or live recording, so you have time to set things up. It does not automatically become a paid subscription.
Should I pay once or subscribe?
Pay once (€19.99) for a permanent Slurp 1.x license and all 1.x updates. Future major upgrades are optional at €9.99 each. Or subscribe (€9.99/year) for all updates and major upgrades while subscribed. It renews automatically until cancelled. Cancelling keeps access until your paid year ends; downloading and recording then stop. Files you’ve saved stay on your Mac. Compare the plans. The checkout shows the final amount, including any applicable taxes, before payment.
How many people and Macs does a license cover?
Individual covers one person on up to 3 Macs. Family (€49.99 once) includes three individual Slurp 1.x licenses, each for one person on up to 3 Macs. Each Family member can choose future major upgrades separately, at €9.99 per person, per upgrade.
Do I need a browser extension or an account?
For many links, just paste the URL. Safari, Edge and Firefox companions are available now; Chrome uses Slurp’s guided manual setup. Telegram requires you to connect your own Telegram account. Some login-protected pages may still be unavailable.
Are my downloads private?
Your media goes from the source to your Mac. Slurp does not collect your download links, history or app usage analytics. Updates, licensing and payments still use network services. The privacy policy explains the data those services need.
What happens if a site stops working?
Use “Report this problem” on the failed download in Slurp. Review its diagnostics, choose whether to share the link, and select how you want to hear back. You can follow the report in Help → Reported Issues. When a verified fix is available, Slurp can deliver it as a site update; some issues need an app update or further investigation. See the path from report to fix.
What if I need help?
If a link fails, use Contact Support or Report this problem inside Slurp when available. For licence, purchase, refund or general questions, use the website Contact form. For step-by-step help, read the guides; for compatibility and refund guidance, visit Support & refunds.
