A broken download shouldn’t be the end of the story.
Report it once. Follow what happens. Get a fix through Slurp when one is verified.
Guided reports, progress, optional fix notices and your feedback.
AI helps investigate site changes and prepare fixes, backed by independent testing.
Your next retry could help everyone.
Websites change how they serve video. A link that worked yesterday can stop working today. Slurp is built to receive focused site fixes between app releases.
When your report leads to a verified fix, it can be offered to you first if you choose early site fixes. Your feedback helps establish whether it is ready for more people.
Report the problem
Start with the failed download. Review its diagnostics and choose whether to share the affected link.
Put the fix to the test
A proposed site fix must pass independent download and playback checks, plus checks that other downloads still work.
Try it in Slurp
Choose an in-app notice, an email, or both. Once the verified fix is installed, retry and tell us “It works” or “Still fails”.
A fix has to work beyond the error message.
Reproducing the problem is the start. A proposed fix has to produce a download that actually plays, while checks on other videos help catch unwanted side effects.
Early fixes can reach the people who reported the problem before a wider release. A reported failure stops further expansion and prompts investigation. Silence is never counted as success.

Real checks decide.
We use AI to help identify site changes and prepare focused compatibility fixes. Reports provide the clues; independent tests establish whether a proposed fix actually works.
Those proposals must pass independent download and playback checks. If a problem needs a bigger app change or cannot be verified, it goes to further investigation.
You can already report a problem, choose how to hear back and tell us whether a verified fix worked. Each useful report helps us improve Slurp’s compatibility.
Helpful reports.
Your say, every step.
Start with Report this problem on a failed download. Slurp guides you through reviewing its diagnostics and choosing what to share.
The affected link helps us reproduce the exact problem. It is your choice to include it. You can also contact support without diagnostics.
How Slurp handles support dataChoose how to hear back
An update in Slurp, an email, both or neither. With in-app updates, follow progress in Help → Reported Issues.
Try a verified fix early
Opt in to receive a site fix for your report before it is offered more widely.
Allow one automatic retry
A separate choice for each report. Slurp waits until the verified fix is installed and respects a paused queue.
Tell us what worked
Choose “It works” or “Still fails”. Automatic result sharing is optional and sends no media link, filename or logs.
A clearer path to a fix.
Can a fix arrive without a new app release?
Yes. Supported site-specific changes can be delivered through Slurp’s compatibility updates between app releases. Changes to the app or download engine still need their own update.
How does AI help fix a broken download?
We use AI to investigate site problems and prepare focused compatibility fixes. Proposed site updates must pass independent download, playback and regression checks before they are offered. Some reports need more information or further investigation; sending a report does not guarantee an immediate fix.
Can I report a site you haven’t seen before?
Yes. Reports can come from any public site. Whether we can fix it depends on the problem and the capabilities already built into Slurp. A report helps us establish what is possible; it does not guarantee support.
Will every report lead to a fix?
No. Some problems need more information or a larger app update. Others involve a login, a removed video, regional restrictions or DRM. These cannot always be solved with a site update. Your report status can explain when further investigation or information is needed.
Do I have to share my link or receive notifications?
No. The affected link is optional, although sharing it helps reproduce the problem. You can choose in-app notices, email, both or neither. Early site fixes, one automatic retry and automatic result sharing are separate choices; none is turned on just because you sent a report.
Where can I follow my report?
If you choose in-app updates, open Help → Reported Issues in Slurp. You can see the status and, when a fix is ready, tell us “It works” or “Still fails”. Reports and their follow-ups are retained for 30 days.
