Troubleshooting live recording
Live recording depends on the source being live and continuously available.

Open the stream page and make sure the broadcast is currently live. A VOD or scheduled/offline page can be analysed differently from an active live stream.
Start the recording from Slurp
Paste the supported live-stream link, choose an available quality, preview it when offered, and choose Start Recording. Slurp keeps live recording separate from ordinary download slots.
During a connection interruption
Slurp includes reconnection handling for supported live recordings. If the stream or network drops, watch the recording state. If you need to stop, use Stop & Save so Slurp can finish the recording it has captured.
If it repeatedly fails
Check for Slurp and compatibility updates, then choose Report this problem beside the recording error. The report starts with a description of the failure and can include redacted diagnostics captured when it happened. Review diagnostics before choosing to include them; sharing the affected URL is a separate, optional choice.
